Old Business:

The Chair discussed the details for Community College Day.

The Chair recognized Mr. Naples, who made a point of information about the Dodge Ball Tournament hosted by the C.S.O.  The date has officially been set for Tuesday, February 12th at 6 pm. (See Dodge Ball Tournament or Mr.Naples for more details.)

The details for Safety Week are being ironed out for the dates of March 4th -7th.  The dates may be subject to change in case of location issues.

The Chair recognized Mr.Naples who made a motion to create a committee for the Spring Fling. Several volunteers were selected to meet with Mr.Naples and discuss the details and possibilities for the SGA’s participation in the Spring Fling.

The Chair extends an invitation for anyone who would be interested in joining the Amendment Committee and/or Student Relations Committee. Both committees are making excellent progress in their work and require a few extra members to really kick things off. If you are interested in joining either committee please contact Noah Butler.

The Chair recognized Mr.Naples who motioned to go to the Masters of Illusion show instead of the Blue Man Group in  May.  Although the Blue Man Group is an excellent show, the date selected is conflicting due to “Dead Week”.  Rachael Sutton seconded the motion with all in favor.

New Business:

The group is happy to announce that they have started meeting again on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm in the library. Contact Justin Peirce or Dylan Essman for more information.

The Swing Dance Club wishes to start meeting again very soon.  They are also discussing the possibility of a school dance. For more information on the Swing Dance Club, contact Shawn Simonson or Mr.Naples.
